Coug Fans vs Ute Fans

This past weekend we decided at the last minute to go to the BYU/Utah game in Provo. So, as you can see from the pictures, we got really bad seats. In fact we were seated right in the middle of a big sea of red. After an elderly gentleman convinced the Ute fans to sit down, they were not too bad... except for those abnoxious signs. We really got a kick out of the one that read, "Your loss is our plan of happiness." They also had signs reading, "Max Hall... Krueger is open... and a bunch of other utah football players that apparently intercepted Max's passes during the last football game. I had to ask... "This is basketball, isn't it." Dana was not impressed with their originality. In fact, towards the end of the game when it was obvious BYU was going to win, Dana wrote a note saying, "Now what's your plan of happiness." He really wanted to pass it to the girl with the red wig, but Taylor thought that would be too embarrassing. He held off on the note passing. Luckily BYU did win and we had a great time.

First of all, you guys are fun to do something like that so last minute!

And B- you totally should have passed the note!

I know I already told you that I'm so jealous that you were there...but the pictures just made it so more real. I went to an SDSU vs BYU game down here a week or so ago and the cheering section had guys dressed up in white shirts and ties with bike helmets on. It's always so fun to win!
